Key Information
For 2026 we are thrilled to be once again offering a purely walking tour to the Peninsula in the company of fellow enthusiasts and authorities.
This tour, led by authors and experienced Gallipoli guides Clive Harris & Steve Chambers, we will be studying the key elements of the Gallipoli Battlefields to greater understand the main areas of the campaign, conducted at a relaxed pace and with scope to visit spots not offered on other tour itineraries.
We feel this tour offers the most comprehensive tour available to the Peninsula, as part of a like minded intimate group to reach seldom visited spots via mule tracks, dried up gullies and quiet beaches.
*Please note that your guides are extremely experienced in Guiding the Gallipoli Campaign and the group size and dynamics of this tour are such that if there is an alternative area of the Peninsula you would like to visit, let us know, this is entirely possible and encouraged*
*This is a walking tour but the distances are not excessive, our average day involves around 6/7 miles over undulating ground but at a pace to suite the needs of the group, if you have any concerns please feel free to give us a call*
The walks will be led by either Stephen Chambers and Clive Harris, both are GBG Badged Guides and published authors, alongside them an experienced, English speaking local guide makes up the unrivalled guiding team.
New for 2026, we will be located in the 4* Truva Hotel, Canakkale. A modern sea front Canakkale hotel with well equipped modern rooms with A/C, TV en-suite bathrooms, restaurant and bar facilities.
The tour is offered on a bed and breakfast basis, with packed lunches or cafe lunches included.
*Evening meals not included
